I bought a matterss set a year ago and it now makes noise when I get in bed, after calling & going to the store the Caucasian lady (because I don't know her name) has been giving me the run around. What happened to customer satisfaction? She tells me the only way a person can come to check my issue is if I'm the truck rout. What kind of monkey mess is that?

I wish I had never decided, to buy furniture from this place. It has been the worse experience ever, they're over priced for one and some of the staff are rude . The monthly payments , are so expensive that I am having difficult paying my monthly bill, so I called and asked if possible could I please have a lower …

I like the place and the product is great, but they don't seem to value other peoples time. I've spent a lot of money with them, but can't get a simple courtesy call to inform me that my furniture will be delivered 4hrs late. Its ridiculous...

Go elsewhere! That thing of a woman who sits at the front desk is a piece of work. If you want to be disrespected and insulted while spending your money, go right ahead! She's white with short grey hair and wears glasses. She's rude, immature, and has a disgusting attitude. I'll gladly spend more at a place where I am respected than at a crappy place where the thing of a woman throws refund...
