Current staff as of March 2018 did not understand Annual Medicare deductibles and would not allow me to see the Dr. until I had paid them upfront before Medicare approved. Staff argued with me as I told them to bill me and they refused to let me see the doctor. A week later I paid the deductible only to have to pay my deductible AGAIN through the Medicare APPROVED 1st provider! Complaint filed...

His is usually one hour or more late for every appointment. Hope his Medical knowledge is better than his time management.

If there were several negative stars, that's what this guy deserves. I had a major complication with what should have been a simple procedure and his solution was to careless about what he had done to me and even went as far as to insult me. In his mind to "fix" the problem was to stab me several times with a needle that obviously made me bleed and bruise. He doesn't care about this or about...

I've been a patient of Dr. Burt for over 10 years and have found him to be a fairly poor physician in that he barely gives you an exam and his office staff is a revolving door. There is always someone new behind the desk. He hires poorly trained staff. I've always had problems with them. I am actively seeking another primary care doctor. I would NOT recommend Dr. Burt to anyone.
