Got my test results mixed up with another patient. (all on clipboard, no computers, pen/paper/fax.)
I felt dismissed and disrespected.
Ran a few tests, told me I was "healthy as a horse" and dropped me as a patient.
(Also, DON'T make suggestions on what you would like to try or have tested- will hit a brick wall.)
I found Dr. Nack to be very professional and courteous. His nurse was very nice and helpful also. Would recommend him to others.
I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment.
