This place stinks. Horrible hours, and often closed during times it says it is open. Fairly good selelction of free weights. Horribly old csrdio equipment, half of it not working

Best gym in Gilroy hands down! I started coming here like 2 and a half months ago and I live it. There's no one there thinking they're better than you like in Gilroy health and fitness. This place IS the first place that I feel at home! You are welcomed by friends. (even if you dont know them) Believe it or not I WANT to go back each time. That also is a first for me. Everyone encourages you there and it is a place of fitness not Frills.
