Wish I could give 6 stars! Took my 11 year old son to the ER 3 days ago with abdominal pain and literally 3.5 hours later he was in the OR having his appendix removed... we started coming here because my 15 year old has CP and we spent Thanksgiving with him here and they go out of their way to make the kids and parents feel at home!!!

Outstanding Customer service! My son was treated excellent . A special thank you to his nurses and techs, Rhonda, Lara, Allison, and Kristine. The facility was very clean. Lots of entertainment for the kids to make them feel at home. I live an hour away but it's definitely worth the drive. Best hospital in Florida! Great staff! Nutrition staff was also very curious. Medical records helped out...

Doctor wouldn't even listen to my concerns. Made a bunch of errors in not only my family history but elsewhere. I was even told that the doctor would not make another appointment to re-see my daughter even though she has significant delays and other signs (she sat up independently at 12 months, etc). They messed up our appointment. Scheduled my daughter with a doctor she didn't need to see who doesn't even see children her age. Refused to do blood work. Did a normal exam that her primary did then sent us off. A complete waste of time. When her doctor said a possibility of bone cancer or arthritis I was hoping more tests would be done to make sure it wasn't either of those. We were very...
