Rip off artist!

Charged me for a repair they never made! Car died less than 20 miles from shop. Second mechanic said that they never installed the part or did the work they charged me for! Ripped for over $100.00! BEWARE!

Be wary! Brought my car for an oil change and asked them to check an issue with the power steering. They said the pump was cracked, replacement would be about $250. Brought it back a week later, and was told it was actually the water pump that was cracked and the power steering hose was leaking. Repair would be $550 - we couldn't do it then so my husband went to pick the car up. When he got...
