Do not go here! Everyone is extremely rude, especially a woman by the name of Jessica and either the manager Scott is never there, or the employees lie about his whereabouts. I have been a NFCU...

Horrible customer service. Staff refused to release car title even after the loan was paid off. They requested a copy of the cancelled check, but they also said that they could see it clear in their system. They have no idea what they are doing. Try another credit union or an online bank like Ally.
