The work (winderizing), was great, but I had to call them a week after I signed their proposal and they hadn't scheduled me yet. Took a while before they could find my name.

The one thing they did that was very nice is that they set up a demo of the landscape lights overnight. That way, we could evaluate the arrangement and make changes before they were installed.
