i've been at Natural Falls Resort Apartments for almost 2 years now and it has been fantastic. Great landlord/staff, neighbors and amenities. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to rent in the Woodridge area.
I have a two bedroom apt. With two balconies they both have lavish greens on both sides. What I enjoy most is the upgraded amenities that are simply gorgeous, the drop living room and outside of my 2nd bdrm balcony I have a beautiful view of both lakes. It's very peaceful and serene... I love my neighbors and all of the staff... Mgmt keeps the property immaculate i could live here forever and...
Nice size, beautiful ponds and landscaping. Big bathroom, beautiful walk in closets and huge bedrooms.
Looking for something safe and quite. Not much fanfare, not many extras, but it is somewhat safe. They are trying, which counts for something. If they change the management (need to lean customer service skill, soft skills etc.), this place would be the BOMB!
The apartment is ok. They have a lot of noisy stomping neighbors who they have yet to say or do anything about. They do nonstop construction as well. It's nice that they keep the apartments in order but it is disruptive. It is around beautiful shopping centers and the apartment sizes are very nice.
