They were great at GETTING my business. But literally from the moment the contract was signed, I've had to track them down every step of the way to get my solar panels installed. It's been 2 months, and I still don't know if my system is up and running. My monitoring isn't complete, and I received a notice from LADWP saying the incentive submission was incomplete.
