Master Lin is a true martial arts grandmaster

I've been a student of his for a decade and have learned so much from him. He has been a practitioner of martial arts for over 60 years and knows all of the major Chinese martial arts as well as many Japanese and Korean styles. The goal of training with him is good physical and mental health first, then self-defense. If you learn the ""essence"" of his philosophy, you will be able to do the self-defense moves with ease. It's pretty amazing. It does take discipline and dedication to learn from him, but the rewards are well worth it.
