Only one person running the whole place while the others were hiding out in another room. Got there 15 minutes before our appointment and waited 5 minutes after the appointment before anyone talked to us I told the girl you must be to busy for customers. Her response was she didn't care. Go somewhere else everybody, they just don't care there

They get right down to the point and don't waste your time or money. reasonably priced with the 2 for $69 deal with friendly staff.

The Bolingbrook location is miles above in customer service then the Joliet location. Even though they were busy the girls worked hard to move things along at a fast pace: I expected such a long wait and was pleasantly surprised. And best of all they were nice enough to give me a pair of toric lenses till my new ones come in. Very happy with this location! Thanks for the great treatment.
