Ed was punctual, fast, and courteous. He found tons of stuff I never would have thought of and walked me through his report. He even offered to help if the builder had any questions. I will definitely hire him again in 12 months when the rest of my warranty expires.

Ed provided the most thorough home inspection I have ever witnessed! He spent 6 and a half hours at the house looking at everything from the roof to the pool to anything accessible inside the house. He took the time to explain his findings and provided a detailed report complete with pictures. I have bought many homes and have never had such a thorough inspection. I would highly recommend...
