Real Reason for $$$

Six figure salaries (starting around $214,000) are the real reasons for the never-ending increase in customers' bills. National Grid is a monopoly run by oligarchs. I can't remember what they get for annual bonuses, but I'm sure it's in the thousands.

unsafe ignorant company

they said they needed to repair a pole, actually they put another huge on up causing lots of damage denied it and leftt the old pole hanging crooked in the air crooked with several plugs and tieing several lines together causing many hazards yet they deny.

if you look at your bill you will see that nationalgrid delivery services charges is almost as much as your bill i dont see why we have to pay that much for delivery when they dont do sh*t but set on there a**  i hope someone eles will read this and see what we can do about it

Please be aware, if you pay your bill using your bank or your credit card/ Debt card, National Grid adds a 2.50 service charge to route your payment through Western Union. To avoid this "service charge" you can try to set up your bank to send paper checks to them, but it is an additional step most people overlook since most banks list National grid as a party they already have an association...

jw1999 you use it you pay for it

JW1999's response seems to illustrate National Grid's attitude in relationship to consumer problems...the "consumer" is either a thief, wrong, out to scam someone etc. I pity the poor consumer who has to deal with the mentality and callousness of jw1999. I also pity national Grid who may have employed this &*^*-&^.This person definitely represents national grid. Nothing to be proud of.

They would have sent out many letters to the home, not your mailing address, to bring this to your attention.
