I brought my gown into National Gown after my wedding to be cleaned and preserved. They did a fantastic job! They are very professional and know their stuff. I followed yelper reviewers suggestions and emailed them. They responded very fast and I never and any issues with customer service. In fact, I think they are great at that!
I just had my gown cleaned at National Gown and it came out so perfect! They communicate better via email and they do a great job in customer service. It can take 6 months to service your gown so, don't be in a rush and you'll get a great job here. The Bridal Galleria in SF, CA and The Unique Bride in Burlingame, CA referred me to them as well.
