With a quarter of the population experiencing some kind of mental health problem in the course of a year, often mixed with anxiety and depression, NAMI spreads hope and speaks out against stigma, this is not only beneficial for those, like myself, who support and work there, in America, but also helps to embrace people in many countries across the globe, making a difference.
