I just moved to the Harbor East area of Baltimore and have been eating out every night in search of good food in Baltimore. I have been disappointed every where I have gone. A friend told me I should try Nasu Blanca in Locust Point. The restaurant is located in a remodeled row house in south Baltimore. Parking is only available on the street if you can find a space. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere until you're seated upstairs. The second floor was cold and uncozy.
