I broke my nose as a teenager and as a consequence it’s given me considerable problems since by not permitting me really ‘sleep’ for a long time. Because my nose didn’t heal correctly after it was shattered, it made getting into a good, deep sleep nearly impossible for me each night and when I did, typically I’d start snoring.
