My friend & I were dining with 4 kids. The wait staff was fantastic & kept the kids busy with various distractions. The food was quite good, too. This is one of many times I've been there, but the first time with kids. I was very impressed.

Even though I made the reservation early in the day, they weren't ready for a group of ten. Food was awesome, though. They should be prepared when a large group makes a reservation, kind do the whole point of a reservation.

chicken in the chicken piccata was first rubbery. the waitress took it back to the kitchen where it was just poorly done. We've eaten at the Napoli on Westheimer and it has always been a very good experience, but we will avoid this loation.

We visited Napoli's Italian Restaurant on Beechnut, primarily because they serve Spumoni and are one of the few Italian restaurants left that do. The food here was great and we were completely satisfied but they were out of Spumoni! We sat on the back Patio and there was an employee sitting at one of the tables on a cigarette break! Twice!
