I didn’t know I liked burrata until I tried it at Dough Pizzeria Napoletana. We ordered the Signature Burrata al Tartufo - house-made burrata filled with truffle essence, mascarpone, and ricotta. It was served with fresh tomatoes, a rosemary balsamic reduction, extra virgin olive oil,...and house-made flatbread. This is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

This place is soooo good. Pricey but soooo good. Elegant but causal atmosphere. Quality food with fresh ingredients. Wont make the pizza till you get there to pick it up. Gave us everything we needed for take out. Pizza was extraordinary and salad was delicious....You wont regret eating here! I wish i lived in San Antonio just for the pizza!

Early dinner around 3:15. They had just opened. We were the only customers. Prompt seating and service. Had 4 cocktails (2 each) that didn’t disappoint. My wife did the $35 course meal, I had pizza and the espresso dessert. I wish we lived locally because...I’d love to try their other offerings. Highly recommended!
