Ok, i have used parents auto a dozen times. Usually for minor things like oil changes. Last year, my car did not start, so I took it to Parents and they charged me 150 bucks and changed the battery. I have been going to Parents for over 30 years. We've had new cars, junkers and everything in between. My experience?They do the work on time, unless they uncover a hidden problem (very rare), they always call you before proceeding, their estimates are accurate and they're totally trustworthy.
