I needed spark plug wires and got the wrong ones like usual, the next day I tried to return them. They cost.99, they refunded that money back on my card but the money never arrived there. My truck still needs those wires and i'm out 30?

Obviously the commercial auto repair shops are the prime customer. Walk-in customers can grow roots through the floor before being acknowledged, much less helped, if the phone is ringing. Counter persons' first priority is not the poor…
