Ordered flowers for my girlfriend and they were amazing. Ryan did an awesome job. They were delivered to the wrong address, but Nampa Floral made good on it after I emailed them, and refunded me my full amount plus 10%. I was pleased that they listened and plan on using them again for all my local flower needs.

Horrible company. I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral however they did not deliver them. They told me they delivered them to the first shelter as you enter the cemetery. Unbelievable. There is no excuse for poor customer service, but to not deliver flowers to a funeral is beyond poor taste.

I ordered a corsage last Saturday to be ready today at 10:00 a.m. already paid just needed to pick it up. I get there and they lost the order so it wasn't ready. They threw one together that's exactly how it looks thrown together. I also paid for the medium sized one well I got the small one I'm pretty sure!!! Not a happy mom!!!
