The apartments are nice, but management leaves something to be desired. Leaks, fire damage, broken appliances take FOREVER to fix. Elevators are slow and unreliable. On a positive note, the walls are definitely fireproofed. My neighbor set fire to the place, and my apartment had only severe smoke and water damage. Nothing was burned. (They did neglect to clean anything for a month...but that...

I absolutely love this apartment however the only downfall is the new maintenence guy. He is very rude, VERY creepy, and doesn't actually do anything...he constantly says that he doesn't do that work or he doesn't want to.
