Well, I should have listened to the other reviewers. I'm sad to say that I just cannot recommend this place. The very simple manicure took about 1-1/2 hours and was just so-so at best. She cut (caused bleeding) on one cuticle (okay, this can happen anywhere, but not good!). She barely shaped my nails at all, and just didn't seem very adept at what she was doing. On the plus side, she did remove most excess cuticle. Yes, it was cheap, but I would not go back.

Well, I could have received a better manicure from my 12 yr old. I called to set an appointment, this should have been my first clue. Mr. West, was not very accomodating and very uninviting. However, I wanted to give it a try. I arrived, paid ahead of time which is a great suggestion and then choose my color. I was greeted by the student and sat down by her work station that was set up with a towel and paper towel. Her implements were not in a sanitizer solution and I didn't see one in sight.
