I had a bad experience at this salon. I went there for eyebrow threading since it was the only place in Lawrence. I experienced a terrible customer care. The owner is very rude to customers. She got done with my eyebrows in five minutes. She left few unwanted hairs and when I told her, then she mad at me. I would not recommend to anyone to visit this salon. Go somewhere else!

Ever since my first visit over two years ago, I have gone nowhere else! They have the best pink and whites, and I always get complements on how great my nails look... And they LAST! Hai and Diana are wonderful, as well as the rest of the staff, and now by daughters have their nails done here as well.

I just moved to lawrence and this was the 1st place I found. The wait was sooo long.. they only had 2 person working. The work was NOT great with uneven nails and on top of it they were very unfriendly.. made me felt like the don't care for my business.. so I am taking it else where,, BYE BYE

Ashley is great with acrylics, but doesn't do pink & whites - only Hai. I told them when I made the appt. that I wanted pinks/whites & Hai ...
