Dr Burrowes is brilliant...but the Office Manager is an uncompromising tyrant on a wild power trip. If you do not come in exactly when they say, to accommodate *their* schedule, however often they dicate, they will accuse you of refusing treatment and send you a Certified Letter of Dismissal, throwing you out of their treatment center. No reason to try and change an appointment matters; Jessica, for example, will not hear it.
The Doctors are generally good, but the Office Manager is an uncompromising tyrant on a wild power trip.
