PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM.

After 4 years my laptop suddenly stopped working - wouldn't start up. The reviews were all positive for this store, so I brought in my laptop and explained the problem. At first, they were very responsive - called me the same day saying the issue was either the motherboard or fan; called the next day that the motherboard was fixed. I picked up that day, paid $250 cash (they were going to charge $272 if I paid by credit card - should have realized something was shady), brought it home and used it for an hour.

Then I restarted my computer, and SUDDENLY the SAME...
