Avoid these guys like the plague. They're evil slumlords and will allow their buildings to fall apart and won't even listen to your cries for help under the rubble. Will falsify everything to keep as much of your deposit as possible, to the point where you have to calculate whether it's worth it to pursue legal action against them - in fact I'm guessing they already went through those calculations and determined exactly how much they can steal before you start to think it's worth getting a lawyer. Seriously unethical greedy mofos, so unless you're so down and out you can't find anywhere...

When I moved into a bungalow is Los Feliz managed by NBK Realty I was really excited. Its not everday you find a bungalow at a semi-reasonable price here. Unfortunately the owner hired NBK Realty in Sherman Oaks to manage this place into the ground. I am moving so I have no axe to grind. But while living here I have witnessed renters being harrassed continuously, promises never kept, a security system that says ""broken"" when it is not but NBK does not want to pay the 20 dollars a month to keep the residents secure.
