The furniture was somewhat outdated but the sleeper sofa cushions were worn, dirty, and stained. I called to complain and someone who I couldn't communicate came up to make the bed. This was not the solution I was looking for. We were on the 3rd floor above the pool so the pool music starting playing around 6 am keeping me up. Not good. Plus my safe didn't work.
