The furniture was somewhat outdated but the sleeper sofa cushions were worn, dirty, and stained. I called to complain and someone who I couldn't communicate came up to make the bed. This was not the solution I was looking for. We were on the 3rd floor above the pool so the pool music starting playing around 6 am keeping me up. Not good. Plus my safe didn't work. We also liked that our family of six could all stay together instead of being split up into separate rooms. The view from our balconies was wonderful.
