They're fast, accurate and dependable. Found errors in previous taxes by another firm! They are also helping with our IRS audit (again, due to the taxes another firm filed for our businesses). Working with Anthony Ward at Musser. Highly recommend.

When we dropped off our income taxes for processing - were told 2 weeks. Three weeks later, called and were rude and said 4 more days. Electronically filed, but didn't bother to put in our bank account for direct deposit. Instead of taking a week or so for refund, it's taking 3 more weeks. We won't go back there!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
