This is the 5th time I have been unfortunate enough to go in this shop. You may say why go back 5 times? Well, I'll tell you why. I didn't think any business could be this poorly run 5 times in a row. To be specific, they lost my keys to the motorcycle that was purchased to be given to someone as a birthday gift. I only went in for some fuel line and clamps. No major service, not in to buy a bike. Just a few dollars worth of fuel line. It wasn't even for a Honda.

I was waited on quickly and serviced well. They went the extra mile to make sure it was the right stuff, Knowing the profit would be minuscule.

I have been purchasing Motorcycles, parts and accessories From Mussleman for almost fifty years. I have never had anything but prompt professional service from them. The management has changed but the courteous service is still the same.
