Inside this museum was smaller than it looked from the outside. there wasn't as much installation art as i thought there would be, but some of them were quite interesting. i like the fact that admission is free every thursday from 5-8pm. No one should have to pay to see a few art works in this small museum. i was in and out within an hour.

CONS: Parking is not free.

Don't get me wrong, art is art. But some art is just plain UGLY. So goes the story at the Museum of contemporary Art, or MOCA as its come to be known among youthful Urbanites of the Suburbs of LA.

Certainly, being an art-inspired individual whose work relies on never before seen creativity, coming here was an obligation. However, if you have a choice, don't even bother approaching MOCA.

The museum of Contemporary Arts houses new exhibitions all the time as well as its permanent collection. There are always interesting art pieces and exhibits that are out of the world.

This is one place that probably shouldn't be missed if you're into more contemporary types of arts. They also have a special 'night' tour that goes on certain nights.
