We spoke with a guy last night who said he would be at our location to pick us up in 15 minutes and would call right before he got there. Well, after 25 minutes going by I called again and his phone was going straight to his voicemail. We had to wait 2 hours on another cab bc it was July 4th and by that time everyone was needing them.
