Even if you have a confirmed appointment established through your warranty, they reserve the right to cancel your appointment on that day. Their policy is NOT to notify the customer. Very poor service.

Beware of pricing. $300 for a cap on AC fan for out side unit, $700 for fan motor on AC out side unit. Did allright on matag dryer.
