I love the customer service at Murf's. I am 11 now and have been visiting Murff's since I was 4. They have always treated my like a valued customer. At times going out of the way just for me. I am a loyal customer for life.

I was so aggrivated by this shop! My husband and I went into the shop carrying a ""bow"" in a case, the bow needed to be tuned up. We waited for about ten minutes during which time the ""bow expert"" was sittng with someone talking. We thought they were discussing business especially since eye contact was made several times and no attempt was made to assist us. Finally, my husband walked up front to find someone that could assist us, I stayed in the bow section waiting for the expert to finish with what I thought might be a customer. I have lived in numerous states throughout my life and Murf's Guns is by far one of the top 5 stores that I have had the pleasure to shop. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable no matter what you are looking for. The prices are not bad and they are never looking to take advantage of an inexperienced sportsman.
