This was my first apartment. I moved here because I was living out of a hotel after just moving to the area. I rushed. At first everything was good, but I work nights, so Im home during the day. All day everyday there is construction. I get no sleep during the day. The elevators are always down. There is always power outages or water outages. A plus was that management was ok.

I've lived in Munson hill for almost 2 years and for the past year, there has been continuous construction. Today is Friday 26 October 2015, I called the lease office twice to send somebody to change the blind window in my bedroom, but nobody came to change it. I am really upset because it doesn't take even one minute to change it and they knew it Friday .

The building recently changed owners but the staff has remained the same and they are fantastic. Somehow in a 14 story building, Rhonda still always remembers your name. Maintenance fixes things quickly and are really friendly and never make a mess. The building isn't new but it doesn't feel old either. We haven't had any major problems.
