I am a customer who had my carpets cleaned and a silk rug cleaned by them. The entire experience was a nightmare and I would never use them again and highly suggest everyone else stay away from them. Quick, timely, well done!? Today I had my carpets cleaned by Rey and Mario, and it was wonderful. First off, they showed up right on time and I received a courtesy call before they got there. They were both VERY professional and hard working.
