This is the 4th time that I have used this company because my homeowners warranty uses them. If you have a minor issue that can be fixed quickly without parts then they do very well. However, if parts are needed or it is a complicated issue then they fail miserably. They do not contact customers to apprise them of the issue and when I called several times over the next week to get an update they never bothered to return my calls. They were really quick to take my deductible and leave, though. Surprisingly, I still haven't been refunded or apprised of my refund status either.

We have a Sub-Zero Wine Cooler and it was not cooling properly. We thought we were going to have to replace the cooler which would have been very expensive. Multi-Service Network was able to diagnose the problem and fix it and the cost was reasonable - ~$150 vs $2000 to replace the cooler! The answering of phone calls on the front end could be a bit more professional but Troy was courteous...

Called me right away when I submitted the request, but then lost my information and never followed up to schedule an appointment (promised next day service and would call next day to schedule). Had to call. Once I called was able to get it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price.

Here on time scheduled. Did great work, we did not even actually need a repair, and they were honest with us about that!
