I brought my 2012 Escape here for air conditioning repair. I had to bring it back several times over a 10 week period because each time, the repair did not correct the problem. I spent a ton of time and more than $250, and it is still broken. I asked to have the owner call me twice, and he never did. I like to give my business to small business owners in the community, but unfortunately this business owner is not one that deserves this consideration. I do not like writing negative reviews, but I gave them every opportunity to make this right. When the owner will not even call you to discuss a problem, that is a very bad sign.
I brought my car into the shop on 4/24/2017 I was on a waiting list but was told they would get to it that day. I checked into my position on the list all day and was told they could get to me. They never got to me and never bother to call and tell me what to do to fix my car.

I have visited this great business twice. The first time was to have them to check out a noise in my van. It was minor and they took care of it at no charge. The second time was for a muffler noise and they repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price. They are truly professional and caring. Thanks guys for restoring my trust in repair shops.
Came in with a odd knocking noise in my jeep, with being here only a few mins the man working with me came and told me what was wrong and fixed it for a great price will come back.
