Biggest waste of time and energy !!! Called on 4 separate occasions to order parts, I gave them the list I needed and they gave me prices on a couple of the items the rest they said they would get...

I had to bring my Bike in for regular service and I was getting a check engine light that needed to be checked out. I called them on Sat and brought the bike to them on Mon. I knew it was a long shot, but I had a ride to the coast planned for the coming weekend, so I asked them if I could get the bike by Fri. They said that they would try, but no promises. I was surprised and extremely happy...
