This is some of the best sushi in Durham especially when it is half price! I have had a couple of the dishes off the menu and they have been great. Always the same consistency unlike PF Changs.

The manager seems to be a little tight because it always seems understaffed. The waitstaff is great but, slow because they are way too busy!

Haven't been so disappointed in sushi as I have by Mt. Fuji. For $13, I only received 4-5 rolls of spicy tuna roll when one should get at least 8 rolls of a special roll (at least in every other sushi place I have been). Great sushi and very fresh. Nice decor and always fun on half price thursday. They also have many other asian dishes for those who do not like sushi.
