incompetent staff

Incompetent staff spending more time on cell phones than with patients. Unprofessional dress, DIRTY office, worst of all they DO NOT FOLLOW BASIC PATIENT SAFETY PROCEDURES such as making sure patient has ID band before procedure. THey had my name and information filed under another patient and had gotten approval from his insurance company for my procedure. Totally screwed up, dirty office RUN don't walk.

Went for MRI. Nobody bothered to tell me that ear-damaging sounds occur every second for 20+ minutes. Results so bad that had to get a hospital imaging unit to do MRI over again, and they had plenty of earplugs offered...
