Ok so I used this place 3 times.
#1 took car #1 for oil change. When getting it back, drove 2 miles and the engine's RPM started jumping. They tore 2 spark plug wires while changing oil!!! A $400 job they refused to take responsibility for. BUT I live a block away so i thought maybe just a coincidence.
#2 took car #2 for break job. had a $99 coupon, they tried to sell me a $500 break...

Even though I only live a few blocks away, there's no way I'm returning to this place. I don't have the expertise to judge the quality of their work, and my car hasn't needed major repairs, but I guess Mr. Tire is an ok place to go if you know you need to get specific things done. But I would be very wary when they start recommending other work on your car, which they've done everytime I took...
