dealer called promptly on day delivery was estimated. took car in and completed install even though it was the end of the day. great service. would recommend.

It took 2 hours to get the tires installed. I added an oil change but that's along time. I needed to get to work so I paid and left quickly but the bill had an extra charge of just under ten dollars added under miscellaneous shop fee and there was no mention of it while I was waiting. I've used Mr. Tire on a couple of occasions. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint, which is hardly a complaint, is that both times there it took nearly 2 hrs to mount my new tires. Overall I'm very satisfied with their work and would recommend them.
