My experience with Mr Tire was much better than my experience with TireBuyer. They were very easy to work with and worked hard to make things better when my tires were late (not their fault). They've earned our business!

Set up appointment for a Saturday afternoon. Pulled vehicle in at time of appointment and got to work, no waiting! Good quality professional work. No damage to wheels (I have 20" custom wheels).

The installer notified me immediately upon receipt of the tires. The tires arrived at the installers facility mid morning and were installed that afternoon. The process was fast, friendly and efficient.

Went to Apex location for inspection. Tech failed steering mechanism. Tech said power steering pump was leaking. Tech said idler arm had "play" in it and needed to be replaced. Mr. Tire gave me a $750.00 quote that included power steering pump replacement, idler arm replacement, and wheel alignment. I went to another mechanic to get repairs.
