Used Mr. Rooter 2.5 yrs ago with some difficulties with a hot water heater install. Con artists. I called them to replace the T&P valve on my water heater. The guy told me my water heater was toast and there was nothing wrong with the valve; for whatever reason he disconnected all connections running to the water heater overnight and then wrote up an order form for around $5K. I called a local plumber who came out, explained that the connections were tampered with...
