Aguas are usually NOT THAT HEALTHY, due to the huge amount of processed sugar dumped into them (google "processed sugar" if you're unsure why that's not healthy).
I knew someone who worked here for a while, and he told me that they make their aguas fresh every day, with fresh fruits and honey ONLY. Which makes them the tastiest and the healthiest aquas you can find!
I love Mr. Natural's lunch buffet, which is mainly Mexican vegetarian or vegan food. I especially recommend the gorditas and tofu dishes, and I don't recommend the burritos as they tend to get cold. Though I don't personally care for them, there is also a great selection of natural baked goods like muffins and cookies. The menu, though I rarely order from it, is apparently also very good.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The food is great tasting and healthy. The owners are the most wonderful people. It is just a great place to eat or just hang out!
