This garden center is located in the WRONG place! There is constant manure debris left all over Higgins Road from the trucks going in and out of here. It also stinks and the smell permeates the entire neighborhood which devalues my property even more during this recession. I will be calling the BOL to advise about the hazardous waste materials left all over the street. Hopefully this...
