Repairman showed up promptly at the designated time and made a brief but thorough inspection of the job. He then gave me a verbal estimate that fell within the range previously discussed on the phone and I agreed to have the work done. The work was completed within the time and cost estimate and was done very well and with quality materials. I was very well pleased.

He did a good job preparing my estimate. Unfortunately, I needed a firm price. His estimate was in-line with the firm price quote I went with.

First, the service person was knowledgeable enough. However, the trip charge, the amount of time for service person to go to store for materials ... too much cost involved.

Service truck should be stocked. Customers should not have to pay for down time. Trip charge should be rolled in to service preformed, not an extra charge.
